Planning a Heathrow Airport Transfer: Terminals, Timing and Luggage

Practical guidance for Heathrow terminals, pickup timing, flight details and luggage before you book.

Start with the correct Heathrow terminal

Heathrow has separate passenger terminals, so confirm whether the flight uses Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5 before booking. Selecting the terminal rather than a general airport address gives the operator and driver a clearer record.

Plan the pickup time around the direction of travel

For a departure, allow time for the road journey, airline check-in and security. For an arrival, consider baggage reclaim and border formalities. Add the flight number when useful so the booking can be identified alongside the planned arrival.

Choose the vehicle for people and luggage

Passenger capacity and medium-size bag capacity are both shown in the booking form. An estate or larger category can be more suitable when the group has additional luggage, even if a smaller vehicle would fit the passenger count alone.

Review the live quote

BZ Cars checks configured fixed routes first, followed by eligible zone pricing and the mapped fallback. Applicable airport and road charges are shown through the booking flow rather than being hidden in a general estimate.
